I see. My understanding is that Concerta acts for 12 hours so just one dose per day is required...Anyways, not a medical expert by any means but was just curious as most people I've heard of are on one per day.
Just curious why you would not consider the extended release version of methylphenidate?

i take Inspiral SR (slow release methylphenidate)
Tried Concerta but it just doesn't seem to have any impact on me. seems way too slow release. so stopped taking it
