Same issues with open offices. Leas to do with screen worry but I am also extremely sensitive to noise and sounds of people interacting. This gets me into different distraction rabbit holes as it not just breaks flow but also puta new distracting thoughts in my head. Noise is also a big mood impacter for me. I get super frustrated and mildly depressed in high noise environments. Unfortunately India is a terrible place for noise pollution in general. The fellow countrymen love to make sounds for some reason.
